A tyrannical government doesn't fix a tyrannical government. That's your job. Why do you think We the People have "certain unalienable rights."
Rights are like muscles, to keep them strong and functioning they have to be exercised. We the People gain our strength by and through the use of our freedom. Liberty is the way.
Abolish ICE and DHS. They are not legitimate because they are actually a State-funded and State-loyal secret police (e.g., Gestapo).
And forbid any other force to take its place (like HSI, CBP, or drug enforcement.)
Inventory and take away all their weapons and surveillance. Make certain the agents who get fired cannot take or purchase the decommissioned weapons and surveillance tech ir anything else.
They can “negotiate” to keep the pre-Trump level/size/function of CBP with all your demands and oversight.

1. What if 8-10 Republican Reps resigned from the House today for health and personal reasons? All they would do is give up is 11 months in Congress. Dems would have a majority. The same is true with 5 GOP term-end Senators. As each vacated seat is filled (if filled by a GOP replacement) one more resigns. Run out the clock until the midterms.
2. What if Trump succeeded in overturning the 2020 election results by establishing that he had been elected as President? Wouldn’t 2021-2025 count as his second elected term, without regard to days of service? Under Amendment 22(a): “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice.” Isn’t his 2025-2029 term void and unconstitutional, per se, requiring him, JDV and all appointees to resign or be removed?
