In Minneapolis in particular, protesters demand action a week after Border Patrol agents murdered 37-year-old ICU nurse Alex Pretti (and weeks after ICE agent Jonathan Ross murdered Renee Nicole Good).

Tell Congress to stop funding ice at all, period.
Abolish ICE and DHS. They are not legitimate because they are actually a State-funded and State-loyal secret police (e.g., Gestapo).
And forbid any other force to take its place (like HSI, CBP, or drug enforcement.)
Inventory and take away all their weapons and surveillance. Make certain the agents who get fired cannot take or purchase the decommissioned weapons and surveillance tech ir anything else.
They can “negotiate” to keep the pre-Trump level/size/function of CBP with all your demands and oversight.
