ICE Pushes Protester Into Mega Truck Crushing Their Foot

We captured video of ICE assaulting protesters outside Delaney Hall ICE prison—with a protester's foot crushed under truck. Our team was also pepper sprayed throughout ICE attacks. WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We’ve reported LIVE ON-THE-GROUND every day of the now 7 day Delaney Hall ICE prisoner hunger & labor strike (and were live for over 4 hours last night). We are the ONLY national outlet ON-THE-GROUND covering this ICE terrorism LIVE FOR HOURS—and have been ON-THE-GROUND for a year covering this horror in LA, NYC, NJ, D.C., FL, Chicago, Charlotte, and Minneapolis.

For over four hours last night, I reported LIVE ON-THE-GROUND with my colleagues videojournalists Jon Farina and Will Allen-DuPraw as ICE terrorized unarmed protesters who were deploying civil disobedience to block ICE and private prison vehicles from transporting Delaney Hall ICE prisoners out of the prison on day six—and after midnight seven—of a prisoner hunger and labor strike over horrific conditions inside the prison.

In one horrific scene, ICE agents pushed and kicked a protester into a massive truck—causing the protester’s foot to be crushed by one of the tires. At this time we do not know the protester’s identity or condition.

On top of that horrific scene, over 4+ hours, we captured untrained and reckless ICE agents:

  • Tase protesters

  • Pepper spray protesters and journalists (I was sprayed several times)

  • Shot protesters with pepper balls

  • Pushed protesters into oncoming truck traffic over 10 times

We have been reporting ON-THE-GROUND from Delaney Hall ICE prison since 2025
—when we covered a protest on the same night several ICE prisoners escaped the prison. Most recently we reported ON-THE-GROUND—before the hunger and labor strike launched—covering horrific conditions inside described to us by loved ones of prisoners inside.

  • We’ve broken that ICE was serving prisoners worms in their foods, expired food, discolored green-colored sausage patties, black mold rampant inside the prison.

  • Threatened the wife of a prisoner with cutting off his visitation in retaliation for her organizing protests outside/getting media attention.

  • Retaliated against prisoners engaged in hunger strike, threatening them with solitary confinement and cutting off family visitation.

  • Tricked a prisoner into being moved out of Delaney Hall by having him sign a fake release form and then kidnapping him to a different ICE prison.

  • ICE agents came inside the prison and tried to convince prisoners to eat in order to end the hunger strike/stop it from spreading elsewhere

We will be back out there tonight on day 6 of the hunger & labor strike—as we expect ICE’s violence to escalate even further.
