Status Coup reporter Ashley Bishop is LIVE with with Northern California residents to discuss the 3-month mark since the area was poisoned by a massive fire at the Vistra Lithium battery plant on January 16th, 2025.
After the initial fire—and then a secondary fire at the same battery plant on February 18th—residents have been sick with nosebleeds, chemical burns, headaches, dizziness, breathing problems, fatigue, and more. Importantly for ALL OF US, the fire happened on the edge of the farming area that is known as the "Salad Bowl of America"—where a majority of America's vegetables consumers eat are farmed and produced.
