Tina-Desiree Berg brings Part 1 of a 2 part series going over major legal cases happening in San Diego following protests and counter protesters from January 9th, 2020. The city's DA and others are intent on filing charges against peaceful protesters and ignoring video evidence of violence against them, in what could be dangerous legal precedents.
We are joined by Jeremy White, a Pacific Beach protester who is being prosecuted, and his representative Curtis Briggs. Secondly we'll be talking with attorney Bryan Pease about their case and what they have had to deal with so far legally.
