Independent journalist Andrew Mercado is LIVE ON THE GROUND in Maine as protests grow after an ICE agent shot and killed Joan Sebastian Guerrero, a 26-year-old husband and father from Colombia who was authorized to work in the U.S. Video shows Guerrero was attempting to flee ICE when an ICE agent darted in front of his vehicle, clung to the passenger side, and then shot him in the head. ICE agents then dragged his near-lifeless body out of the driver’s seat and handcuffed him.
