🚨 LIVE NOW: Dozen Prisoners RELEASED on Day 1 of ICE HUNGER STRIKE
People detained inside the Newark ICE prison are demanding to be freed — and families say conditions inside are getting worse.
NO OTHER OUTLET has covered Trump’s fascism ON-THE-GROUND like Status Coup — ICE terror in L.A., NYC, D.C., Chicago, Charlotte, Minneapolis, and the families left waiting outside detention centers. Corporate media doesn’t show up. WE DO. This reporting is expensive, and we’re independently funded.
Status Coup reporter Jordan Chariton and videojournalist Jon Farina are LIVE outside Delaney Hall ICE detention center in Newark, New Jersey, where daily support protests continue as people detained inside launch a hunger and labor strike.
Families and advocates say the strike comes after horrific alleged conditions inside the facility — including worms in food, rampant black mold, lack of privacy, and treatment they describe as dehumanizing.
Jordan and Jon are on the ground speaking with loved ones, organizers, and community members as the protest unfolds.

So the insurrectionists are clearly going to get ‘paid’ for a job well done and a down payment for what comes next!
