Mangione will appear inside the court in a pre-trial hearing in which his attorneys seek to get the Judge to rule out evidence as inadmissible--and not able to be used at trial-- that was obtained by police in Pennsylvania without a search warrant and before police read Mangione his Miranda Rights.
