The “ICE Out” day consists of:

• Hundreds of businesses in the Twin Cities are closed for the day.

• Union workers are skipping work

• Residents are refraining from shopping

• Residents are gathering at protests and prayers

The strike comes as Trump’s masked paramilitary ICE troops continue violently attacking Minneapolis residents—undocumented immigrants, veterans, U.S. citizens, and even children—in businesses, homes, and even their vehicles. At the same time, a leaked internal ICE memo revealed ICE agents are being urged to conduct warrantless invasions of residents’ homes—a blatant violation of the fourth amendment.
