Jordan Chariton is LIVE reporting in New York City as protesters demonstrate at a Tesla showroom to voice their opposition to Tesla CEO Elon Musk's unelected role in the Trump administration leading the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)—which is cutting tens of thousands of government workers across critical departments and agencies.
New reports reveal even President Trump's Cabinet secretaries are frustrated and fed up with Musk—the world's richest man no voter voted for—demanding across the board cuts to agencies (and already firing, and then scrambling to rehire, critically important government workers). The protest is organized by Planet Over Profit.
