Leonard Peltier, Native American who was wrongly put in horrible prison conditions decades ago, has been denied parole AGAIN. This comes after years of petitions for his release, and statements from the actual case prosecutors who said the case was a sham and he needs to be released. Nick Estes joins Jordan Chariton to go over what this denial and continued imprisonment of Leonard means for Native Americans and freedom for all.
This case was so old, the former USSR used it to show just how unfair the treatment of native Americans is/ was in the US as part of their propaganda machine. Peltier actually out lived the USSR if you can believe it !!
