Over the weekend, ICE agents detained a man in Bushwick and brought him to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center after he was injured during the arrest, according to multiple reports.

Video from the scene shows agents dragging him out of the hospital, sparking outrage and a massive response from the community.

Within minutes, hundreds gathered outside — leading to a tense standoff with police, arrests, and chaotic scenes that lasted for hours.

At least nine people were taken into custody as protesters blocked entrances and clashed with law enforcement while ICE agents attempted to leave with the detainee.
