Over the weekend, while our reporter JT Cestkowski reported ON-THE-GROUND in Chicago, he learned that ICE had invaded the wealthy neighborhood of Lakeview, racially profiling construction workers in an attempt to detain them. Through his reporting, JT learned that ICE agents had broken into a home and violently chased construction workers—who did everything possibly to avoid being captured by the agents (who of course presented no warrant).
So JT headed over to the neighborhood and spoke to the homeowner whose home was broken into by ICE. JT was able EXCLUSIVELY obtain the security camera footage showing the chaotic—and illegal—scene (WATCH JT’S REPORT ABOVE). In it, you can see an unmarked white van quickly approach the home and agents jump out to try and arrest construction workers—who were eating on their lunch break. In security camera footage, ICE agents can be seen trying to force open a gate to the home. The workers locked the gate and scrambled towards the rear of the home for safety.
The homeowner told JT the ICE agents hopped the fence and trespassed on his property, even leaving behind bootprints inside the garage.
One of the workers was hoisted inside a window by a neighbor who is now so scared of reprisal by the federal government that she left her home to stay with family in the city’s suburbs. Another worker scrambled over construction debris and cut up his hand.

Bleeding, he took refuge inside the home, leaving bloody marks on the backdoor and floor. See above phots JT obtained.
Another worker ran up on the house’s back porch and then tried to climb up higher away from the agents. Balancing on a fence and railing about eight feet off of the ground, the man is caught by the federal agents who pull at the man’s arm. Eventually they spray the man’s face with what appears to be pepper spray.
The feds caught two of the workers. And before you think that innocent people wouldn’t run, the agents let one of the men go— and only abducted one.
It’s one thing to read a description of what happened. It’s another to see it for yourself. Watch our reporting that features EXCLUSIVE video of the harrowing moments as masked agents chase workers for no crime other than the color of their skin and their chosen profession.

Disgusting. Local authorities need to start actually arresting these lawless ICE agents. Seriously. You can't just allow anyone to break into American homes without valid warrants based on proper probable cause. It is clear ICE has neither. And other Americans need to take action to stop them from doing what they are doing.
The US Constitution is the highest law of the land. Neither Trump nor his gang of lawless ICE thugs is above the US Constitution.
Hitler had his low IQ brutes, now trump has his.
