Hey folks, it’s Jordan.

This week I rolled the dice and flew to Florida to join in-studio the show “Inside True Crime” with Matthew Cox to talk about the story behind me new book, “We the Poisoned: Exposing the Flint Water Crisis Cover Up and the Poisoning of 100,000 Americans” (audiobook now available; hardcover still going strong!). Although it was a lot to fly for one interview, I wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to get on a big true crime show about the Flint water cover up—which is, in reality, one of the biggest true crime stories of the 21st century. Why was that important? Here’s a little behind-the-scenes: I’ve been repeatedly told by folks in the book/movie industry that the Flint water crisis—and cover up— “doesn't really fit in true crime.”

Well…I strongly disagree.

Hence why I jumped at the opportunity to get this important story—and my book—in front of a true crime audience. And I have to say; so far, with about 15 interviews for my book already done, this long-form, sit down interview—with a self-described “con man” and ex-convict—was by far the best interview so far.
