While reporting in Minneapolis during the early stages of a blizzard on Tuesday, our video journalist Jon Farina captured horrific footage of ICE agents running over a local resident with their vehicle—while laughing “wipe out” (see video above).
The rest of the footage is equally alarming as ICE agents harass local resident for no apparent reason.
