4th Amendment to the US Constitution, in the Bill of Rights:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
Numerous accounts have already been reported where ICE has been engaged in unreasonable seizures and searches, without Warrants of probable cause - and detaining Americans legally here, including American children - which makes ICE nothing more than armed thugs.
So - when will there be more than just protestors out in the street, to stop these thugs? When will other Americans who have sworn to uphold American law and the US Constitution, when will they step in and stop these lawless goons?
