"JUST IN: Important new on-the-ground reporting from our partners Status Coup. These are the videos and images the Trump regime does not want the American people to see — and that's exactly why this reporting is so essential."

President Trump’s domestic terrorism against American citizens and undocumented immigrants escalated on Tuesday evening outside the Minneapolis federal building when ICE agents violently attacked unarmed protesters with a blitz of flash bang grenades, tear gas, and pepper balls.

“We were just protesting peacefully yelling nothing but f*ck ICE because they’re violating the law,” a female protester told Status Coup’s Zach Roberts as he reported LIVE on our YouTube channel. Then, in a SHOCKING moment, the woman showed Zach a massive wound on her leg—with blood gushing down—resulting from shrapnel lodged into her leg from ICE’s blitz of grenades.

“Seeing this kind of terrorism on our streets is terrifying; it feels like we’re in a war zone,” the injured woman told Status Coup (we were one of the only national news outlets out there when this took place).

After illegally attacking unarmed protesters with chemical gas and grenades, ICE agents began threatening protesters over a loudspeaker with arrest—for “blinding them.”

“It is a violation of federal law to interfere with officers by blinding them with intense strobe lights while in the performance of official duty. You have been identified and we will come get you and arrest you.”

What were protesters doing that “blinded” the masked, unidentified ICE officers?…

Pointing tiny flashlights in their face.

The protest then moved over to the Graduate Hotel (a Hilton hotel), where several hundred protesters demonstrated against the hotel allowing ICE agents to stay there.

“We’re here because the Graduate is allowing ICE agents to obtain reservations to stay right here on campus right next to the University of Minnesota,” a protester screamed into a megaphone. “Do you know who goes to the University of Minnesota? Immigrant students! How dare they! How f*cking dare they!”

Status Coup’s Zach Roberts and Jon Farina are currently following ICE and Border Patrol across Minneapolis capturing their violent terror against both immigrants and U.S. citizens. We might also go LIVE again tonight if protests continue to escalate.

***We have been ON-THE-GROUND in Minneapolis for nearly a month and will stay there AS LONG AS FUNDING ALLOWS….

This ON-THE-GROUND reporting is extremely important, increasingly MORE DANGEROUS, and EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE between flights, rent-a-car, hotels, food, equipment, and paying rotating reporters and cameramen). On top of our normal payroll, the travel costs associated with these reporting trips is costing us tens of thousands per month.

Most importantly, we are an INDEPENDENT outlet without corporate funding. If you value this reporting—if you depend on us—we sincerely ask you to SIGN UP TODAY as a paying member of Status Coup for as low as $5 bucks a month…that comes out to 16 cents a day.***
